Please take notice that the Oxford Board of Selectmen, at their meeting of January 8, 2008, approved the following rates for the Electrical Inspectors fees in the Town of Oxford:
Residential:

*Fees based on electrical written contract cost, required with application.
2% of valuation of electrical work, or any portion thereof, up to $10,000.00
1% of valuation of electrical work, or any portion thereof, over $10,000.00

Maintenance Permits - $150.00 annual fee per building, required for any business having a licensed electrician in their employment for maintenance purposes.

Re-Inspection for defective work, improper material or other contractor-related cause will require a re-inspection fee of $30.00 (before re-inspection).
