Birthday Party Rentals at the OCC!! Recreation Room, KidsZone or Gymnasium!
We have the following time slots available for party bookings:
Saturdays: 1-3pm or 4-6pm Sundays: 1-3pm or 4-6pm
The cost for the two hour rental is $150 and includes a personalized birthday cake, napkins, plates, utensils, cups and a balloon for each child. An non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to hold the date and the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to event. Please note that the parents booking the event are fiscally responsible for any damage to OCC equipment or facility resulting from the party or event. Please also note that all children attending the party are subject to OCC rules and regulations and Code of Conduct enforced by Community Center staff. A list of these regulations will be provided to you upon booking the event.
All events must be booked at least two weeks in advance and paid in full 7 days before event. Please call the OCC at 987-6002 for time and date availability. Please note that you must request either the Recreation Room, KidsZone or Gymnasium as the site for your party at the time of booking the event. Please limit your party to 20 children or less. Any additional children will hamper the ability of kids to utilize the equipment and game tables. (Please note that there will be an adjacent room available for parents to sit down and relax while the children use the Recreation Room, KidsZone and Gymnasium facilities.) Should you need to cancel your scheduled event you will receive a refund of your money less a $50 cancellation fee.
