Friends of the Oxford Community Center The Friends of the Community Center is a private non-profit organization whose goal is to help support the Community Center through volunteerism, encouraging community and business involvement and fundraising. As a private entity the Friends can fundraise or solicit donations on behalf of the OCC to help defray the cost of programs, sponsor special events, help improve the building or purchase equipment to enhance the offerings at the Center. The Community Center does not receive funding from the Town of Oxford so the Friends organization will be vital to the ongoing success of the Community Center. As a Friend of The Community Center your $10 annual dues will aid the Center in its goal of bringing continued programming to meet the needs of the entire community.
