I can promise you 2 things…One is that you will get a great workout and two, the people who take this class always have a good time!!!
A great cardio workout with punches, blocks, kicks, and drills.
A mix of different cardio work using: kickboxing, bosu, and cardio dance for the first 20 minutes. Strength training using weights, and/or bands for the next 20 minutes. Strength training and ab work on the floor for the last 20 minutes.
Karate as a complete discipline (mind, body, spirit)
