The Town of Oxford has started its Comprehensive Wastewater Management Plan (CWMP). The CWMP is a 20-year sewer master plan to determine where there are needs for sewer and to determine the best way to meet the need. There are paper copies of the ‘Needs Analysis” report available for public viewing at the Oxford Public Library and the DPW office in the Town Hall.
