ARTICLE 26. To see if the Town will vote to amend the Oxford Zoning By-Law, CHAPTER XXI, Growth Management Restrictions, by deleting paragraph 4.2 in section 4.0 EXEMPTIONS, which reads:
4.2 Building permits for dwelling units that would count toward the Town’s inventory of low and moderate income housing units for purposes of satisfying M.G.L. c 40B.
And inserting the following, or act thereon:
4.2 Building permits for all dwelling units in projects that would add to the Town’s inventory of low and moderate income housing units for purposes of satisfying M.G.L. c 40B.
