ARTICLE 29. To see if the Town will vote to amend the Oxford Zoning By-Law CHAPTER XVI, Definitions, by deleting from section 2.0 DEFINITIONS the definition for Accessory Use or Structure and inserting the following, or act thereon:
Accessory Use or Structure: A use or structure on the same lot as an allowed principal use or structure that is of a nature customarily incidental to and subordinate, both in size and intensity, to the principal use or structure.
